A PANEL WAS HELD AT INTERNATIONAL VIZYON UNIVERSITY ON THE OCCASION OF PSYCHOLOGISTS’ WEEK

Within the framework of Psychologists’ Week, on Monday, May 12, 2025, International Vizyon University (IVU) hosted an important panel. The event began at 3:30 PM in the university’s ceremonial hall under the title “Conversations on Psychology,” where topics related to understanding humans and the impact of psychology on daily life were discussed.

The panel was moderated by Associate Professor Dr. Hava Shaban, and expert academics from the field delivered presentations on various topics.

Professor Dr. Fatmagul Cirhinlioglu, in her speech titled “The Art of Understanding Humans,” presented the fundamental approaches of psychology in understanding the individual.

Professor Dr. Muhittin Kahveci spoke on the topic “The Role of Psychology in Understanding Humans,” emphasizing the importance of interdisciplinary approaches.

Associate Professor Dr. Shehida R. Matsan, in her presentation titled “The Role of Emotions in Human Life,” highlighted the significance of emotions in decision-making processes and in individuals’ daily lives.

The panel, which attracted great interest from IVU students and academic staff, concluded with a question-and-answer session. The event provided a productive environment for discussing the impact of psychology on individuals and society.
